Alan Cumming has announced on his official website that he will not be returning as Nightcrawler in X-Men 3.- Thomas Haden Church dropped a few hints about which villain he'll be playing in Spider-Man 3: "He's a horse of many colors," he told Entertainment Weekly. "Let's just say he's an amorphous collection of protons, electrons, and neutrons, of different colors."
- KateBosworthweb.com has scans from the new issue of Entertainment Weekly which features Superman Returns stars Brandon Routh and Kate Bosworth on the cover. Their is a preview article on the film and is a report from the set. Most of the article can also be read at EW's official website.
- The Ghost Rider Message Board has posted screen-caps from Entertainment Tonight's coverage of the Ghost Rider film. - Sony Online Entertainment Inc., and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced exclusive long-term licensing agreements allowing SOE to develop a DC Comics massively multiplayer online game for PC and next generation consoles, as well as the acquisition of The Matrix Online game by SOE.

1. It's a nit to be picked, but Neal Stephenson was writing an Op-Ed piece for the Times, he's not an actual staff writer. He's a comic book writer and novelist of some note.
